The Horizontal or Vertical Discharge Fan Forced Suspended Unit Heaters are designed as 5,000 watt heaters operating at 208V, suitable for both vertical and horizontal discharge applications. These heaters are constructed with an 18 gauge steel cabinet housing finished with a durable powder coat. They feature a spiral fin steel element with continuously brazed steel fins that facilitate side draw through airflow. The heaters come equipped with individually adjustable louvers, allowing for directional air flow control of up to 15° from the straight horizontal position. An automatic reset limit function de-energizes the heaters in case of overheating, while a fan override feature purges residual heat upon shutdown. The control compartment housing includes a hinged and latched access door for easy wiring access during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the suspended unit heaters incorporate a totally enclosed 1-speed, permanently lubricated, thermally protected motor with unit bearings and are UL approved. They come with a 1 year limited warranty.
