The Horizontal or Vertical Discharge Fan Forced Suspended Unit Heaters are designed for both vertical and horizontal discharge applications, featuring a 15,000 watt heater operating at 480V. These heaters have an 18 gauge steel cabinet housing finished with a durable powder coat, ensuring longevity. They include a spiral fin steel element with continuously brazed steel fins that facilitate side draw through airflow. Individually adjustable louvers provide directional control of airflow up to 15° from the straight horizontal position. An automatic reset limit de-energizes the heaters in case of overheating, while a fan over-ride function purges electric heaters of residual heat upon shutdown. The control compartment housing is equipped with a hinged and latched access door for easy access to wiring during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the heaters feature a totally enclosed 1-speed, permanently lubricated, thermally protected motor with unit bearings. The unit is UL approved and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
