The Horizontal or Vertical Discharge Fan Forced Suspended Unit Heaters are designed for efficient heating with a power output of 50,000 watts at 480V. These heaters can be installed for either vertical or horizontal discharge applications and feature an 18-gauge steel cabinet housing with a durable powder coat finish. The fan forced design incorporates a spiral fin steel element with continuously brazed steel fins, enabling side draw through airflow. They include individually adjustable louvers for directional control of airflow up to 15° from the straight horizontal position. Safety is prioritized with an automatic reset limit that de-energizes the heater in the event of overheating, as well as a fan override feature that purges residual heat upon shutdown. The control compartment housing is equipped with a hinged and latched access door for easy wiring access during installation and maintenance. Additionally, these heaters come with a totally enclosed 2-speed, permanently lubricated, thermally protected motor featuring unit bearings. They are UL approved and come with a 1-year limited warranty.
