The Horizontal or Vertical Discharge Fan Forced Suspended Unit Heaters are 5,000 watt heaters designed for 208V applications, suitable for installation in either vertical or horizontal discharge configurations. These heaters are constructed with an 18 gauge steel cabinet housing that features a durable powder coat finish. The fan forced design includes a spiral fin steel element with continuously brazed steel fins, facilitating side draw through airflow. Each heater is equipped with individually adjustable louvers for directional control of airflow, allowing adjustment up to 15° from a straight horizontal position. Safety features include an automatic reset limit that de-energizes the heater in case of overheating and a fan override that purges residual heat upon shutdown. The control compartment housing is designed with a hinged and latched access door for easy access to wiring for installation and maintenance. Additionally, these suspended unit heaters incorporate a totally enclosed 1-speed permanently lubricated thermally protected motor with unit bearings. The heaters are UL approved and come with a 1 year limited warranty.
