The Horizontal or Vertical Discharge Fan Forced Suspended Unit Heater delivers a powerful 5,000 watts at 277V, making it suitable for various heating applications. This unit can be installed for either vertical or horizontal discharge and features an 18-gauge steel cabinet with a durable powder coat finish. It utilizes a spiral fin steel element with continuously brazed steel fins for efficient side draw airflow. The individually adjustable louvers allow for directional control of airflow up to 15° from the straight horizontal position. Safety is ensured with an automatic reset limit that de-energizes the heater in the event of overheating, while a fan override function purges residual heat upon shutdown. The control compartment housing is equipped with a hinged and latched access door for convenient wiring installation and maintenance. This heater also features a totally enclosed 1-speed permanently lubricated thermally protected motor with unit bearings and is UL approved. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
