The Securall® 120-gallon manual close vertical flammable drum cabinet is designed to securely store flammable liquids in proximity to the work area while minimizing employee exposure. This cabinet features a robust aliphatic polyurethane finish on both the interior and exterior, which is resistant to salt spray, chemical abrasion, and UV fading, presenting a more durable option than traditional epoxy paints. It is constructed with double wall design that includes a 1" air space and reinforced 18-gauge all-welded construction, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and meeting NFPA Code 30 and FM approval standards. The cabinet includes galvanized steel shelving, a flush-mounted locking handle, a static grounding bolt, 3-point self-latching non-sparking doors with a continuous piano hinge, and a large warning label. Additionally, it features adjustable zinc plated leveling legs, two 2" vents with flash arrestors, and a leak-proof sill that is 2" deep. It is important to note that some states and municipalities may require self-closing doors for flammable safety cabinets, and this model is equipped with manual closing doors; therefore, local ordinances should be reviewed prior to purchase.
