Paint storage cabinets for 1-gallon paint cans are available in capacities of 20, 40, 60, and up to 120 gallons, finished in a durable two-part urethane paint. The interior and exterior feature an aliphatic polyurethane finish that provides excellent resistance to salt spray, chemical abrasion, fading from UV exposure, and other conditions typically challenging for epoxy paints. This robust urethane coating is resistant to chipping and peeling, making it ideal for environments where items are frequently moved in and out. The cabinets, which include options for manual, sliding, and self-closing doors, are FM approved, comply with current OSHA regulations, and adhere to NFPA standards. Key specifications include galvanized steel shelving, double wall construction with 1" air space, a flush mounted locking handle, a static grounding bolt that meets current OSHA requirements, and reinforced 18-gauge all-welded construction. Additionally, they feature 3-point self-latching (non-sparking) doors with a continuous piano hinge, a large warning label reading "Flammable - Keep fire away," adjustable zinc plated leveling legs, two 2" vents with flash arrestors, and a leak proof sill that is 2" deep.
