Weatherproof flammable safety cabinets have a 30-gallon capacity with manual close doors and are designed for outdoor use with added protection against the elements. Constructed from double-walled, all-welded 18-gauge galvannealed steel, the cabinet is finished with a UV, weather, and scratch-resistant urethane coating. It features a sloped roof with a 2-3/4" overhang, and interior and exterior astragals to prevent rain penetration, along with a 1-1/2" insulating air space. The 3-point self-latching doors are equipped with corrosion-resistant stainless steel recessed paddle handles for a catch-free surface and are secured with full-length piano hinges. The flammable cabinet includes galvanized steel shelving, two 2" flash arrestor vents, a large warning label, and a 2"D leak-proof door sill. Built-in heavy gauge fork pockets allow for 2-way forklift access, and it includes pre-drilled 7 gauge welded steel base plates for floor anchoring. This cabinet meets EPA 40, CFR 264 & 265 and NFPA Code 30 standards and complies with OSHA 1910 requirements.
