Paint storage cabinets for 1-gallon paint cans are available in capacities of 20, 40, 60, and up to 120 gallons, finished in a two-part urethane paint. The interior and exterior feature an aliphatic polyurethane finish that provides chemical resistance against salt spray, rubs, fading due to UV exposure, and other tests typically conducted on epoxy paints. This polyurethane coating enhances durability during the movement of items in and out of the cabinet, resisting chipping and peeling. The warning label reads "Flammable - Keep fire away," making these cabinets ideal for print shops or auto body repair. They are available in manual, sliding, and self-closing door models, all of which are FM approved and comply with current OSHA regulations, adhering to the standards of NFPA. Features include galvanized steel shelving, double-wall construction with a 1" air space, a flush-mounted locking handle, a static grounding bolt that is current OSHA compliant, reinforced 18-gauge all-welded construction, 3-point self-latching (non-sparking) doors, a continuous piano hinge, a large warning label, adjustable zinc-plated leveling legs, two 2" vents with flash arrestors, and a leak-proof sill that is 2" deep.
