Paint storage cabinets for 1-gallon paint cans are available in capacities of 20, 40, 60, and up to 120 gallons, featuring a finish in two-part urethane paint. The interior and exterior are coated with an aliphatic polyurethane finish, providing chemical resistance to salt spray, chemical rub, and UV fading, making it more durable than standard epoxy paints and less prone to chipping and peeling. These cabinets are ideal for print shops or auto body repair, and they are available in manual, sliding, and self-closing door models. They include galvanized steel shelving, double wall construction with a 1" air space, a flush mounted locking handle, and a static grounding bolt that is current OSHA compliant. The cabinets feature reinforced 18-gauge all-welded construction, 3-point self-latching non-sparking doors, a continuous piano hinge, large warning labels indicating "Flammable - Keep fire away," adjustable zinc-plated leveling legs, two 2" vents with flash arrestors, and a leak-proof sill that is 2" deep. All cabinets are FM approved and comply with current OSHA regulations, designed in accordance with NFPA standards.
