The WaterBug® 200 is a water detection device designed for use in computer rooms, document storage areas, warehouses, sump pumps, and basements. This device features the ability to monitor for the presence of water as well as the absence of water, utilizing a standard unsupervised surface sensor (W-S-U - Global#B508520) included in the package. The WaterBug® 200 can accommodate up to six sensors, with the option to use both the standard sensor (W-S-U - Global#B508520) and an underwater sensor (W-UC-U - Global#B508518). For optimal coverage, 1 to 2 sensors can be installed up to 200 feet (60.96 meters) away from the device, while 3 to 6 sensors can be placed up to 100 feet (30.48 meters) away. The device requires 18-22 AWG twisted pair wire for sensor extension and operates on a hardwired power supply, with power requirements of 8 to 28 VDC at 35 mA or 12 to 28 VAC at 100 mA. It operates within a temperature range of 32 to 130°F (0 to 54°C) in a non-condensing environment and is intended for indoor use only. The output configuration is 1 form C (N.O./N.C.) rated for 30 VDC at 1 amp resistive or 24 VAC at 1 amp resistive. The WaterBug® 200 is an essential tool for protecting assets from water damage.
