Precision Brand® steel shim stocks are made from full hard, cold rolled, low carbon 1008-1010 steel for long-lasting durability. The material can be punched or sheared with minimum burr and distortion. Each shim is clearly marked with the material type, thickness, and lot number for full traceability. Rigorous quality control standards assure high accuracy and tight tolerance. The dimensions of the shim stocks are a length of 120 inches, a width of 12 inches, and a thickness of 0.009 inches.
