Stainless steel shim is made from a full hard, cold rolled, 300 series stainless steel. Precision Brand® is the only manufacturer to offer Branded® shim, which includes clearly marked information on the shim itself for material type, material thickness, and lot number to ensure full traceability. This shim is widely used in applications requiring corrosion resistance, including conventional power plants, nuclear plants, oil and gas refineries, and desalination projects. The shim measures 6 inches wide by 25 inches long by 0.031 inches thick.
