Precision Brand® steel shim stocks are made from full hard, cold rolled, low carbon 1008-1010 steel for long lasting durability. The material can be punched or sheared with minimum burr and distortion. Each shim is clearly marked with the material type, thickness, and lot number for full traceability. The product meets rigorous quality control standards to ensure high accuracy and tight tolerance. The dimensions of the shim are 18 inches in length, 6 inches in width, and 0.018 inches in thickness.
