The assortment of 8" wide by 12" long sheets includes 1 each of the following thicknesses: 0.002", 0.003", 0.004", 0.005", 0.007", 0.010", 0.012", 0.015", and 0.020". Made from full hard, cold rolled, low carbon 1008-1010 steel, this steel shim is a product of Precision Brand®, the only manufacturer to offer Branded® shim. Each shim is clearly marked with material type, material thickness, and lot number for full traceability, making it ideal for applications where hardness, flatness, and accuracy are essential. The material can be punched or sheared with minimal burring and distortion.
