Precision Brand® steel shim stocks are made from full hard, cold rolled, low carbon 1008-1010 steel for long lasting durability. The material can be punched or sheared with minimum burrs and distortion. Each shim is clearly marked with the material type, thickness, and lot number for full traceability. Rigorous quality control standards assure high accuracy and tight tolerance. The dimensions of the shim are a length of 100 inches, a width of 6 inches, and a thickness of 0.020 inches.
