This disconnect switch is designed for use with an enclosure and features a handle that mounts to the door, with the switch being DIN-rail (rear) mounted. The system includes a coupling that prevents the enclosure from being opened while the switch is in the on position. Merz disconnect switches are available in models ranging from 16 amp to 125 amp and are UL certified, making them suitable for both residential and industrial applications. The switches come in front (panel) mounting, center mounting, and DIN rail mounting varieties, and a variety of handles are available.
