The HAWS® Drench Hose Assembly Model 8901RFK body spray features an ABS plastic head, a stay-open squeeze lever valve, and an 8-foot (243.8 cm) hose, along with an installation kit that includes a clamp hook-up, tee clips, and fittings for retrofit installation on most combination shower and eyewash units. The supply line is 1/2" NPT. To comply with state codes, the use of a vacuum breaker is required with all hand-held body spray units, for which HAWS offers Model SP212. The assembly is designed to support emergency shower and eyewash units, as stated by ANSI, emphasizing that it shall not replace them.
