The Haws® 120 VAC emergency alarm light system, model 9001, is designed to operate through a double pole, double throw flow switch featuring multiple sets of contacts for remote activation. When activated, the system triggers an amber flashing light and a buzzer that reaches 90 dB, audible at a distance of 10 feet (304.8 cm), with the option to silence the buzzer during testing. The switch activates at a flow rate of 2.4 GPM (9.1 L) and the system can be mounted to a pipe or wall. It operates at a voltage of 120 VAC, compatible with either 50 or 60 cycles, and has a supply size of 1-1/4" NPT. Model 9001 is CSA electrical certified and classified as type 4, which is equivalent to NEMA 4.
