The High Speed Steel Ground Threads TMX Hand Tap is designed with straight flutes and is available in three chamfer styles: taper chamfer (8-10 thread chamfer length), plug chamfer (3-5 thread chamfer length), and bottoming chamfer (1-2 thread length). The kit includes a set of three taps, one each of taper, plug, and bottoming chamfer, specifically #10 - 32 H3. Each tap features high-speed steel (HSS) construction, is ground for precision, has a right-hand (RH) cutting direction, and is equipped with four flutes. This hand tap is suitable for various machining applications and can also be operated by hand.
