These hoses are manufactured with a bronze hose covered by a tightly woven bronze braid, featuring close-pitched corrugations for maximum flexibility. The Type CPSB model includes female copper sweat fittings on both ends, making it suitable for various applications, except refrigerant services. The braided bronze hose with copper sweat ends offers minimal stiffness and mass, ensuring ease of installation and use. However, these hoses are not suitable for steam applications.
