Coxreels® P Series "Performance" spring driven hose reels feature a compact, space-saving size and heavy duty construction, making them highly versatile and virtually indestructible. The kit includes a sturdy single pedestal reel with a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, a 1" solid steel axle with lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, and an enclosed factory tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet. The reel incorporates an external fluid path with a machined-from-solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet sealed with nitrile, enabling simple seal maintenance and fast hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. It has a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism securing the hose at the desired length, and a multi-position guide arm adjustable to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. The construction uses professional grade heavy duty steel, finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process. Heavy duty CNC robotically spun discs with rolled edges and ribbing enhance strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety.
