Coxreels® 1125 series hand crank and motorized hose reels feature a sturdy one-piece all welded steel "A" frame base, an exclusive low profile outlet riser, and open drum slot design that provides a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap. The external fluid path includes a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, with nickel plated steel swivel on 1" models, and nitrile swivel seals, while high pressure HP prefix models have an electroless nickel plated steel 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet with Aflas swivel seals. The reels are constructed with permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings for smooth rotation, an adjustable tension brake to prevent free-wheeling during operation, and a long-handled locking pin to secure the reel during transport or storage. Motor driven models feature a reliable direct gear drive for quiet and smooth retraction without a chain, while hand crank models use a solid steel direct hand crank with a smooth round handle. These reels are professional grade heavy duty steel construction coated with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, and use heavy duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges to provide strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety.
