Coxreels® SM Series "Swivel Mount" hand crank hose reels are designed for convenience and versatility, allowing swivel on demand in the direction of work and locking in eight different positions. This lightweight and compact series boasts a working pressure of up to 4,000 PSI. The construction features a "U" shaped base and a hose control bar for added strength and to prevent hose slippage off the side discs. It includes an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, rated for the same working pressure. The swivel seals are made of Viton® for professional-grade use, and the forward-weighted design ensures smooth rotation in the direction of operation. The frame is a solid one-piece, heavy gauge steel construction that enhances durability, while the unique hose control bar keeps the hose secure. An optional 8-position swivel mount wall bracket with a lock pin is available, along with an adjustable tension brake to prevent "free-wheeling" during use. The product features a professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for added strength and safety. It includes a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty and is made in the U.S.A., with worldwide support. The CNC spun discs are robotically spun and ribbed, contributing to the overall strength, durability, and safety of the hose protection system. The adjustable tension brake allows users to set the draw speed to their preference while preventing free wheeling during operation, transport, or storage.
