Coxreels® P-W and SHW series spring-driven welding hose reels provide an effective solution for managing bulky twin line welding hose. The P-W series is compact and known for its durability, while the SHW series features a larger chassis and frame to support longer lengths of welding hose, along with Coxreels' original Super Hub dual axle support system to enhance stability, reduce vibration, and ensure structural integrity. The reels are equipped with an external fluid path that includes a 90° full-flow dual ported brass swivel, enabling both connections from the same side of the reel swivel lock bracket for maximum safety. The swivel seals are made from Viton® for compatibility with oxy-acetylene or "T" grade welding hose. The single pedestal reel has a space-saving design that promotes workplace organization, while the guide arm can be adjusted for wall, floor, and overhead positions. Constructed of solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel, the base and support post provide maximum stability. The reels feature a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, with the exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system enabling controlled retraction speed up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models. Each unit is equipped with an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor, and components such as the non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc-plated ratchet ensure long-lasting performance. A multi-position non-sparking lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. The professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction is complemented by a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, along with rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength and safety. The reels come with a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty and are made in the U.S.A., sold, and supported worldwide. Notably, the welding gas swivel allows the user to connect and disconnect without removing the reel from its mount, and the lubricated cartridge-style motor is easily removable for servicing.
