Coxreels® T Series "Truck Mount" spring driven hose reels are engineered for exceptional durability and performance in demanding environments. The kit includes an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and the proprietary Super Hub™ for enhanced structural integrity and vibration reduction. It features an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, zinc plated steel swivel on high-pressure models, and nitrile swivel seals. The sturdy dual pedestal reel is equipped with the Super Hub™ dual axle support system, which is designed for rugged mobile applications, and a guide arm that adjusts to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. It features stainless steel rollers on the 3", 4", and 1" models, a solid one-piece heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts, and a 1" solid steel axle with lubricated precision bearings for smooth operation. The enclosed cartridge-style spring motor is factory tuned and matched, while non-corrosive components include stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allows the hose to be secured at the desired length. Additional attributes include a professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction, durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for added strength and safety.
