Coxreels® P series performance spring-driven hose reels feature a compact, space-saving design and heavy-duty construction for versatility and durability. They include an external fluid path with a machined-from-solid-brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, nitrile swivel seals, and a sturdy single pedestal reel that facilitates workplace organization. The adjustable guide arm fits wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. The reel has a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, a 1" solid steel axle, and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. It contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc-plated ratchet, plus a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism to secure the hose at the desired length. The professional-grade steel construction is coated with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, with rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety. The cartridge motor is lubricated and enclosed for easy removal and maintenance, while the solid brass swivel allows simple seal maintenance and rapid hose installation without removing the reel from its mount.
