Coxreels® P Series "Performance" spring driven hose reels are known for their dependability and trouble-free performance, featuring a compact space-saving size and heavy-duty construction that make them versatile and virtually indestructible. They include an external fluid path with a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet with nitrile swivel seals. The sturdy single pedestal reel with a space-saving design facilitates workplace organization, and the guide arm adjusts to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. The reel has a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, a 1" solid steel axle, and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. It contains an enclosed factory tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc-plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. The reel is made of professional grade heavy-duty steel construction with durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for strength and safety. The cartridge motor is lubricated and enclosed for easy removal and maintenance. The CNC spun discs are heavy-duty, robotically spun, and ribbed with rolled edges for greater strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety.
