Coxreels® SH Series "Super Hub™" spring driven hose reels are designed for reliable performance with a larger chassis that accommodates longer lengths and larger diameters of hose. The innovative Super Hub™ dual axle support system enhances stability during use, minimizes vibration, and fortifies the reel's structural integrity. Included in the kit is an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, nitrile swivel seals, and a sturdy single pedestal design featuring a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability. The reel is equipped with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, an enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor, and non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet. A multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. The kit also boasts professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges, and ribbed discs that provide added strength and safety.
