Coxreels® C Series "Combination" spring-driven hose reels are designed as a compact assembly that combines two hose reels into one, making them ideal for applications requiring two sources in space-sensitive environments. The kit includes a single mounting base for stability and convenience, facilitating one mounting pattern that reduces installation time by half compared to two separate reels. This series accommodates air hose and electrical cord combinations, featuring two external fluid paths with machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlets (zinc plated steel swivels on HP models) and compact nitrile seals. Each reel operates independently, with a guide arm adjustable for wall, floor, and overhead positions. It features a single expanded 1/4" steel mounting base for increased stability, a 1" solid steel axle, and lubricated precision bearings for smooth operation. The enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor incorporates a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allows for securing the hose at the desired length. The construction is professional-grade heavy-duty steel, finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, while rolled edges and ribbed discs enhance strength and safety.
