Coxreels® SS Series "Stainless Steel" spring driven hose reels are constructed from high-quality electro-polished stainless steel, featuring stainless steel fluid paths for clean, non-corrosive performance in demanding applications such as food and chemical processing, marinas, and environments prone to rust and corrosion. The kit includes a non-corrosive external fluid path with a machined stainless steel 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, nitrile non-toxic food grade grease swivel seals, and a sturdy dual pedestal reel equipped with Coxreels' exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system. The guide arm is adjustable to accommodate wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, and stainless steel rollers are included on the 3/4" and 1" models. The reel features a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts for maximum strength, a 1" solid steel axle with lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, and an enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor. Additional components include a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet, along with a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism to secure the hose at the desired length. This professional-grade hose reel is made in the U.S.A. and supported worldwide, featuring a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for enhanced strength and safety.
