Coxreels® SS Series "Stainless Steel" spring driven hose reels are constructed from high-quality electro-polished stainless steel with stainless steel fluid paths, providing clean, non-corrosive performance ideal for food and chemical processing, marinas, and environments susceptible to rust and corrosion. The reels feature a non-corrosive external fluid path with a machined high-quality stainless steel 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, and use nitrile non-toxic food-grade grease for swivel seals. They are built with a sturdy dual pedestal design utilizing Coxreels' exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system, suitable for rugged mobile applications. The guide arm is adjustable for wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, while stainless steel rollers are included on 3/4" and 1" models. A solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts ensure maximum strength, complemented by a 1" solid steel axle with lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The enclosed factory tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor is constructed from non-corrosive stainless steel, featuring a pawl and zinc plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length.
