Coxreels® MPD, TDMP and 1275HP series "Dual Hydraulic" hose reels are engineered to accommodate dual hydraulic applications with robust features. The reels offer a choice between spring-driven retraction at 3,000 PSI up to 50 feet and hand crank or motorized models at 10,000 PSI extending to 200 feet. They include an external fluid path with a dual port melanized 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, and Teflon swivel seals for improved maintenance. The professional-grade construction is made of heavy-duty steel, finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process that is chip resistant and rust inhibiting. The design includes rolled edges and ribbed discs for enhanced strength and safety, along with a sturdy dual pedestal structure supported by Coxreels' exclusive Super Hub™ triple axle support system. The cartridge-style motor is lubricated, enclosed, and easily removable for maintenance. Additional features include a multi-position guide arm for versatile mounting, an adjustable solid rubber hose stop, and permanently lubricated precision bearings.
