Coxreels® SP Series "Single Product Delivery" spring driven hose reels are engineered for handling large hose diameters in applications that require high volume delivery at low to medium pressures, such as fuel and water. The reels feature a robust box-style frame with heavy-duty steel cross supports at all four corners for enhanced strength and rigidity. They are equipped with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet specifically designed for fuel dispensing applications. The reel adjusts conveniently to various mounting positions including wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead. The construction includes a heavy gauge 1/4" steel base for maximum durability, and a reinforced steel frame for optimal strength and stability. The design incorporates long-lasting self-lubricated flange bearings for smooth operation, and heavy-duty 1" stainless steel pinch-proof rollers. This model features an enclosed factory-tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor, a non-corrosive stainless steel pawl spring with a cast iron lock ring, and a non-sparking bronze pawl. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allows users to secure the hose at the desired length. The reel is constructed from professional-grade heavy-duty steel, finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, and includes rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength and safety. It comes with a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty, is made in the U.S.A., and is supported worldwide. The swivels are machined from zinc plated steel, the lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor can be easily removed for maintenance, and the heavy-duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs enhance strength, durability, and operator safety.
