The Leeson FHP commercial duty totally enclosed, air over fan motors are designed specifically for air circulators where the motor is mounted directly to the fan column. This energy-efficient motor features a permanent split capacitor type design that eliminates the centrifugal switch, offering "three-phase" reliability. The motor's totally enclosed ball bearing design makes it suitable for both commercial and industrial environments, while an automatic thermal overload protection system ensures safe operation. The heavy-gauge steel yoke is welded to the motor frame for added durability, and it includes four 10-32 mounting studs that extend 1.0" on a 5.14" bolt circle, facilitating the mounting of the fan shroud. Additionally, these motors are UL and CSA recognized for compliance with both the U.S. and Canadian markets.
