Heavy gauge steel mounting bases are designed to simplify the installation of motors while making the tensioning, maintenance, and replacement of belts an efficient task. These bases are fabricated from sheet or steel plate and are primed and finished in a gray rust and corrosion-resistant oven-baked finish. Larger units feature gussets and reinforcing channels, while all units benefit from continuous seam welding, ensuring strength and durability for a long life. The kit includes a single zinc plated adjusting screw for 215T frame and smaller motors, and a double adjusting screw for NEMA 254T frame and larger motors. Additionally, motor mounting bolts are included in the package to facilitate installation.
