These motor bases simplify mounting and belt tension adjustment at installation and during later maintenance checks. Designed for heavy-duty applications, these adjustable motor bases are manufactured from steel or plate, and are detergent washed, painted with dark gray primer, and oven baked for corrosion resistance. The nuts and bolts are zinc plated to enhance durability. The bases for NEMA 215T and smaller motors feature one adjusting screw, while bases for NEMA 254T frame and larger motors are equipped with two adjusting screws. Motor mounting bolts are included in the kit. The bases can be utilized with motor frame numbers followed by the letters S, T, U, US, and TS, or any other letter combinations, provided that the motors' base complies with NEMA standards.
