These motor bases simplify mounting and belt tension adjustment at installation and during later maintenance checks. Manufactured of steel or plate, these heavy-duty adjustable motor bases are detergent washed and painted with dark gray primer, then oven baked for corrosion resistance. The included nuts and bolts are zinc plated. NEMA 215T and smaller bases feature one adjusting screw, while bases for NEMA 254T frame and larger motors include two adjusting screws. Motor mounting bolts are provided. The bases are compatible with motor frame numbers specified, including the letters S, T, U, US, and TS, or any other letter combinations, provided the motors' base complies with NEMA standards. Warranty information includes a standard term applicable to manufacturing defects.
