These motor bases simplify mounting and belt tension adjustment at installation and during maintenance checks. They are heavy-duty adjustable motor bases manufactured from steel or plate, designed for enhanced durability. Each base is detergent washed, painted with dark gray primer, and oven-baked for corrosion resistance. The nuts and bolts used are zinc plated to prevent corrosion. The bases designed for NEMA 215T and smaller motors feature one adjusting screw, while bases for NEMA 254T frame and larger motors come equipped with two adjusting screws. Motor mounting bolts are included with each base. The listed bases are compatible with motor frame numbers followed by the letters S, T, U, US, and TS, or other letter combinations, provided that the motors' bases comply with NEMA standards.
