The three-phase, 208-230/460 volt, ODP and TEFC motors are designed for applications involving conveyors, machine tools, door operators, speed reducers, cranes, and other industrial machinery that requires quick stop and/or holding torque. These motors are equipped with Stearns 56,000 and 87,000 series brakes, available with either a drive-end C-face or non C-face endshield. The fail-safe brakes are of the spring-set type, ensuring that the load is automatically stopped when power is removed, and they also feature a power-off manual release for added convenience during power failures. Key attributes include NEMA design B performance, premium class F insulation, durable steel frame construction, a UL recognized component listing, and CSA certification.
