Speedi-Boot is a 90° register vent boot designed for HVAC duct work, with dimensions of 6" x 12" x 8". It represents a significant innovation in the HVAC boot industry, reducing installation time from an average of over 20 minutes to 2 minutes or less. The product eliminates the need for wood or prefab steel support framing, minimizing additional material costs and setup time. For ceiling or wall installations, users can extend the telescoping arms, secure the boot with the pre-attached nail and/or screw, adjust its positioning, and complete the installation efficiently. The air-tight gasket prevents air leakage, which can lead to significant energy savings by preventing the equivalent of a 20-inch hole in the home. Additionally, Speedi-Boot protects HVAC systems from dust and debris during construction, thereby enhancing indoor air quality and energy efficiency. It features a rigid galvanized frame with pre-drilled holes for straightforward grille/register installations, preventing sagging.
