The Edwards 868STR AdaptableBeacon series is a versatile surface mount combination electronic horn/strobe designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, featuring a low current draw and a high dB output. It includes terminals for easy wiring and is housed in a gray flame-resistant material with an engineered thermoplastic construction. The unit offers five lens color options and a 150 candela strobe with a clear lens, complemented by a 1000-hour strobe tube. The package includes a gasket and a weatherproof surface back box, which measures 5 59/64" (150mm) square by 3 13/32" (87mm) deep. The strobe and horn can operate independently, making the 868STR suitable for various applications, where distinctive visual or audible signals are necessary for timing, scheduling, paging, process control, and general alarm purposes.
