The Edwards 869STR Adaptabeacon series consists of bright low current draw, high dB output surface mount combination electronic horn/strobes designed for indoor flush mount use. This kit includes terminals for easy wiring and features a gray flame resistant housing available with five lens colors. The strobe units deliver 150 candela output with a clear lens, and diode polarized units are also available. The engineered thermoplastic housing ensures durability, while the 1000 hour strobe tube provides long-lasting performance. Designed for installation in a standard 4" (102mm) square backbox with an extension ring requiring a minimum total depth of 3" (76mm), the 869STR Adaptabeacon allows for independent operation of the strobe and horn, making it suitable for applications such as timing, scheduling, paging, process control, and general alarm systems in manufacturing environments.
