The Edwards 869STR and 869DSTR Adaptabeacon series consist of bright low current draw, high decibel surface mount combination electronic horn/strobes designed for indoor flush mount use. These units feature terminals for easy wiring and are housed in gray flame-resistant engineered thermoplastic. The series offers five lens color options and includes a 150 candela strobe with a clear lens. The 869DSTR-G1 is a diode supervised model operating at 24V DC. Both the strobe and horn can be operated independently, and the units are engineered to fit a standard 4" (102mm) square backbox with an extension ring, requiring a total minimum depth of 3" (76mm) (not supplied). The 1000-hour strobe tube ensures long-lasting performance, making these devices suitable for applications requiring distinctive visual or audible signals for timing, scheduling, paging, process control, and general alarms.
