The Summit EL11LT laboratory chest freezer features a digital thermostat and is capable of operating at -45°C, providing a storage capacity of 4.8 cu.ft. Manufactured in Denmark by Elcold, this chest freezer utilizes static manual defrost cooling to maintain a consistent temperature, enhanced by the externally controlled digital thermostat for easy monitoring. It is equipped with extra thick 4-1/2" insulation for improved efficiency and reliability. Additional attributes include a solid, easy-grip handle with a factory-installed lock for security, a sturdy set of casters for mobility, and counterbalanced hinges that facilitate comfortable loading and unloading. The unit also includes a factory-installed probe hole for the installation of monitoring equipment. The Accucold EL11LT is UL-S listed to ANSI-NSF standards for commercial use and is designed to operate between -10°C and -45°C, ensuring safe storage of sensitive materials, including vaccines and certain frozen goods.
