Rust-Oleum Activator for 9100 System Standard Activator (<340 g/L) is a 5-gallon kit designed for air and surface temperatures ranging from 50 to 100° F (10 to 38° C) and is suitable for fresh or saltwater immersion of steel or concrete, provided that water temperatures do not exceed 125° F (52° C). This activator is ideal for floor coating applications and produces a slightly lower gloss compared to the standard activator. It is important to note that this product is not intended for use in potable water tanks.
