Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Silver Gray 5 Gal. is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, direct-to-tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. This product features a high solids, next-generation polyamine converted epoxy that minimizes preparation by allowing application directly onto metal and tightly adhered rust surfaces. It is self-priming, and a single coat provides a service life comparable to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, delivering maximum corrosion protection. The epoxy offers superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, along with outstanding impact resistance. The system includes a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, and the versatile base formula is compatible with all activators (standard, immersion, low temp, or fast cure) at VOC levels of <340 g/L or <250 g/L.
