Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Black is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, direct-to-tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. This high solids, next generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes preparation time and can be applied directly to metal and tightly adhered rust. It features a self-priming, single coat application that provides a service life equivalent to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, delivering maximum corrosion protection and superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, along with outstanding impact resistance. The kit includes a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, and the versatile base formula is compatible with all activators—standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure—maintaining VOC levels at <340 g/L or <250 g/L.
