The Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Safety Green is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, as well as for use on tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. This high solids, next-generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes preparation time, allowing for direct application to metal and tightly adhered rust. It features a self-priming, single coat application that delivers a service life comparable to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, providing maximum corrosion protection along with superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance. The system boasts outstanding impact resistance and has a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator. The versatile base formula is compatible with all activators including standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure, while maintaining VOC levels of <340 g/L or <250 g/L.
