Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Safety Blue is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, as well as for direct-to-tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, and pools. This high solids, next generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes the need for extensive preparation, allowing for direct application to metal surfaces and tightly adhered rust. The self-priming, single coat system offers a service life comparable to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, delivering maximum corrosion protection. It features superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, along with outstanding impact resistance. The kit includes a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, and the versatile base formula is compatible with all activators, including standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure, while adhering to VOC levels of <340 g/L or <250 g/L.
